Founded in 2001 and spearheaded by the award-winning husband-and-wife team of architect Ricardo Álvarez-Díaz and Interior Designer Cristina Villalón, Álvarez-Díaz & Villalón® is Puerto Rico's largest architecture and interior design firm with over two decades of experience dedicated to creating spaces that have a positive impact on people's lives.
We focus on the following project typologies: Multifamily & Mixed Use, Commercial & Institutional, and Hospitality & Wellness.
We serve our clients from offices in San Juan, New York & Miami.

As the pioneering architecture and interior design firm to leverage this opportunity, we're focusing our efforts on exporting more services so we can reduce our tax obligations to 4% for export services allowing for greater profitability and more profit sharing.
